B.EYELink is the new supervisor system for Mitsubishi Electric HVAC installations which, as the name itself implies (‘B’ for Building and ‘EYE‘ for an overall vision of the system), allows total control over all the thermal management solutions offered by the brands (Mitsubishi Electric, Climaveneta, RC IT Cooling) and technologies of Mitsubishi Electric:

  • Air conditioning (air cooling and heating) and/or hot water production with VRF CITY MULTI systems and Hydronic VRF systems (HVRF).
  • Production of hot and chilled water with chillers, heat pumps and multifunction systems.
  • Ventilation with air handling units (AHU) and rooftop units
  • Precision air conditioning for IT Cooling applications

INTUITIVE USER INTERFACE

Our user interface puts you in complete control simply and intuitively. This interface lets you adjust settings, monitor consumption and receive and install updates with just a few steps and in real time, wherever you are.

All the units installed in the system are grouped by type into sections represented graphically on the interface as blocks:

REMOTE CONNECTIVITY

Monitor and control your smart building from anywhere via a LAN or local VPN connection.

ACTIVE ALARMS

The number of active alarms and the relative notifications are displayed for any units in an alarm state. More details are available by accessing the web server page for the units (KIPLink).

WEB SERVER

For accessing the dedicated web server pages for the units (via the KIPLink graphic interface), for managing and controlling all other unit operating parameters.

OPERATING MODE

For switching units on and off, and selecting Auto, Cool and Heat modes.

UNIT INFO

Number of circuits, temperature, delivery/return state, serial number and IP address.

UNIT STATUS

Lets the user check if units are on or off, and if the KIPLink device integrated in the unit is communicating correctly with the controller associated with it.

COOLING AND HEATING SET POINTS

View and set temperature set points.

B.EYELink is a compact, flexible solution that can be controlled either using integrated web pages via a LAN connection from any PC in the company network, or from an LCD display with an attractive and intuitive graphic interface. B.EYELink features a dedicated dashboard displaying the system and the operating status of the units installed in a single screen, giving you an at-a-glance overview of the entire installation. The user interface is easy to use and extraordinarily intuitive, offering the end user a complete experience. The supervisor functions and features can be accessed either locally, using the LCD touch display, or remotely from a PC or mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones
